Booking Policy
- In order to confirm booking 50% deposit of the total amount is required per bank transfer or 1 night per credit card
- Bank / credit card or any other payment expenses, “not on us”
- Our “No Smoking” policy in the rooms is strictly enforced and there will be a penalty of 150euro. Smoking is allowed on the veranda

- Check Out: till 11:30a.m.

- If canceled or modified 21+ days before date of arrival, no administration fees apply
